HK-based Milk has collaborated with Japanese clothing brand Readymade on the second 1 meter (39″) Mickey 90 art toy. Echoing Readymade founder Yuta Hosokawa’s passion for vintage fabrics, the outer layers of this bespoke Mickey Mouse figure are handmade from individual fragments of military fabric, joining with each other organically. With the light gray-green fabric and the patchwork style design, Mickey 90 is a stitch perfect celebration of the iconic character’s vintage years and his historic 90th Anniversary.
An edition of five, the Mickey 90 art toy (39″) is available from Milk Cargo for $13,500 each.
