With just over a week to go until the anticipated release of the Erosion Bugs Bunny vinyl art toy from Instinctoy x Soap Studio, comes additional views and info of the crossover release. The animated crossover between Looney Tunes’ icon and Instinctoy’s symbiotic Liquid features a surprised expression on Bugs’ face, as he consumes a Liquid-infected carrot. The eroded, lumpy textures tells the tale of the ensuing takeover.
Ever focused on subtle details, Instinctoy’s Hiroto Ohkubo accentuates the sense of surprise with Bugs’ suddenly stiff whiskers acting as exclamation points. The detailed design continues to the magnetic attachment for the carrot that allows collectors to effortlessly add and remove the crunchy veggie without any concerns of paint rub or other common accessory issues. Finally, the crossover figure features 5 points of articulation (neck, shoulders and wrists).
The Erosion Bugs Bunny vinyl figure (14.57″) is set to be released at WonderFest Shanghai (10.3 – 10.4) from Soap Studio and at BBT Shanghai (10.5 – 10.7) from Instinctoy. For international collectiors, Instinctioy will also offer the figure via online lottery beginning October 5th for ¥14,580 ($142)
