LA painter Nate Frizzell has just released his Two Rabbits resin sculpture. The curious 8.5″ piece features a man masquerading as a rabbit of sorts—bunny headpiece and shorts with bushy tail—while holding a honest to goodness rabbit. The striking piece is perhaps more primal than playful, in part due to the minimalist approach with the man wearing little beyond his essential bunny suit. The piece is inspired by the Confucius quote ‘He who chases two rabbits, catches neither’.
The Two Rabbits resin sculpture is available in Red, Black, and White signed editions of four pieces per color from Nate Frizzell’s web shop for $300 each.
