The Tomenosuke Exclusive MC Acorn art toy is the latest edition of Yosomono Work’s hip-hop inspired custom figure based on Fufufanny’s signature Acorn hedgehog figure. Flowing out of Yosomono Works’ graffiti and hip-hop influenced aesthetic, the figure is a clever, fun transformation of the original character. Decked out in lavender shades, mic, cap, chain and shoes, the black + white hedgehog MC hedgehog brings the style and the rhymes. The excellent execution belies the considerable sculptural revisions involved including new arms and feet.
The Tomenosuke Exclusive MC Acorn art toy (4.13″) drops on Monday (7.20) at 7:59 AM PDT from Tomenosuke’s international and Japan-only web stores for ¥16,500 ($154). The figure comes complete with a full accessory set with everything mentioned above as well as an alternate hat. Thanks to a magnetic connector, MC Acorn won’t drop the mic until the end of his set.
