Jason Freeny and Mighty Jaxx invite you back to Sesame Street with the new XXRAY Plus Bert & Ernie Retro Edition vinyl art toys. The upcoming releases feature Freeny’s anatomical dissected versions of the two iconic BFF characters in new muted colorways for a retro, throwback vibe. The retro vibes flows beyond the vintage-colored clothes to the skeletons themselves which are off white versus the OG editions’ bright white bones.
The Sesame Street XXRAY Plus Bert (9″) & Ernie (8.5″) vinyl art toys will be available for pre-order on Wednesday (7.29) at 6 AM PDT for $139 each or $269 for both (shipping included). Bert and Ernie are slated to ship in November 2020.
We’re awaiting confirmation of geographic availability of this release. Based on Mighty Jaxx’s prior Sesame Street releases, the new figures may be limited to Southeast Asia.
