Graffiti artist Fanakapan continues his collaboration with Silent Stage Gallery on the High5 series resin sculptures based on his popular hyper-photorealistic murals of the same name featuring gleaming, metallic ‘5’ balloons that seemed to float in front of the walls they are painted on.
Following the previous silver and gold editions, the new Smokie Edition adds another ‘high’ meaning to the play-on-words concept. Reimagined as a symbolic floating bong, black smoke seems to flow effortlessly upwards from the bottom of the clear balloon-shaped number.
An edition of 50, the High5 Smoke Edition resin sculpture (12.5″) drops on Monday (7.13) at 9 AM PDT from Silent Stage for $299.99.
