Johnny Dean is set to debut the new This is Wafull resin art toy from his Ribbut & Fleye brand. The aptly-named, cute triple scoop ice cream cone character isa tragedy in the making as its melty fate awaits. The fun, nicely sculpted figure was brought to life by Connor Kriha who translated the artist’s original sculpt into a digital one and Bean Largent who oversaw molding and casting. Perhaps since one ‘flavor’ choice would be a bit dull, This is Wafull will debut in two editions—Mint Meltdown and Citrus Cone.
Editions of 14, the This is Wafull Mini Meltdown and Citrus Cone art toys (3.5″) will be available this Saturday (6.6) at 10 AM PDT from the Ributt & Fleye shop for $30 each. If you can’t make up your mind and need both, the set will be available for $55.
