Unbox Industries returns to the Fantastic Planet with the new Draags soft vinyl art toys. Based on the ground-breaking animated film La Planete Sauvage / Fantastic Planet from 1973 created by Rene Laloux and Roland Topo, the new officially-approved figures offer a fun new take on the giant-sized Draag race with two chibi style figures.
There are two new Draags figures, a male and a female. The female seems to based off Tiva, one of the film’s pivotal characters. The new figures follow Unbox’s previous larger-format Tiva (8.7″) releases including the OG (2015) and the Tomenosuke Exclusive Eyeline Edition (2016).
The Fantastic Planet Draags art toys (5″) will be available for pre-order on Saturday (6.13) at 8 AM PDT from Unbox Industries for $50 each. Expect delayed shipping due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
