LA-based Lostncreative has embarked on a new adventure: creating their very first art toy. Little Lost features the brand’s signature character, suitcase in hand, on a journey of his own, to find and create happiness. While they are new to toys, Lostncreative has chosen wisely in enlisting Oasim Karmieh’s sculpting skills to make their concept a reality. Even in this early digital mock-up stage, Little Lost has a definite appeal from the dynamic, on-the-go pose to the cheerful simplicity of the character’s marshmallow-shaped head.
It’s always a pleasure to see artists and designers embracing art toys as a medium to express their visions and share their characters with all of us. We’ll be keeping an eye on Little Lost.
