Mitoys has dreamt up a fun new identity for its popular Frank duck character. While Frank has always struck as shall we say… mischievous, we never quite realized he was capable of unspeakable evil. Yet, here we are with the upcoming Bob the Frank version. Frank as an evil minion? He’s up to the task with the familiar goggles, blue overalls and that impish yellow grin. Ah… but does he have dialect down? Look for this fun new version shortly.
