Following up on their cute Kanikoro Monster Surprise sofubi, Japan-based Chima Group is set to introduce the taller Kanikoro-San. Where the original Kanikoro (Crab Cream Croquette) toy more or less kept the shape of the delicious deep-friend snack, Kanikoro-San has a more person-like appearance with a slender body, arms and legs. Featuring seven points of articulation Kanikoro-San has posable eye stalks for all sorts of expressions and can sit as well a stand. The new figure is a perfect example of the imaginative creations that make Japanese sofubi so much fun.
The Chima Group will debut Kanikoro-San from table 8-29-12 at Wonder Festival Winter 2020 (2.9), happening at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan (Tokyo).
