A talented 3D artist, Yad has created stylized, 3D renditions of iconic figures from art, shoe design, game design and more. Moving beyond just a visual project, Yad is working with Mighty Jaxx to bring his 3D portraits to life as art toys.
Next to make the jump from digital model to vinyl toy is the since-anonymized Game Designer. Featured with a stasis baby from his most recent game, Death Stranding, fans of the legendary Japanese creator revere him for his Metal Gear series of games. Game Designer is the second of Yad’s Authors to become an art toy and follows the Shoe Designer, which celebrates the designer of the iconic Air Jordan sneakers.
Mighty Jaxx will release the Game Designer vinyl art toy (8″) with statis baby accessory (removable) for pre-order on Saturday (1.11) at 6 AM PST for $179 from their online shop.
