The upcoming Sweet Babies blindbox series is the latest blind-boxed mini series from HK-artist Pucky and Pop Mart. As you might expect, the charming new series features sweet designs in candy and dessert-themed ‘flavors’. As with other Pop Mart series, the new Pucky series features twelve standard figures and one chase, for a total of 13 designs. The designs range from subtle candy influences to quite indulgent: with Little Bee Baby on the one end and Ice Cream Baby or Egg Baby on the other. While some of the figures feature variations on familiar Pucky sculpts, the chase Gummy Bear Baby seems to be all new.
Pop Mart will release Sweet Babies on February 12th, 2020 for ¥59 ($8.60) blindbox and ¥708 ($103) for a display case in China. Pop Mart retailers in the USA including myplasticheart, 3DRetro and more should have product in-stock slightly later at the standard $11/blindbox.
