The new Milky The Conveni Fujiya Soft Vinyl Collection Peko-chan figures from Medicom Toy are a collaboration between Fujiya, the maker of the Milky candy, and the The CONVENI concept store created by Japanese streetwear icon Hiroshi Fujiwara. Available in both color and black editions, the new art toys feature a stylized, faceted version of Fujiya’s mascot Peko-chan who appears on the Milky candy packages. As part of The Conveni’s involvement, Peko-Chan’s overalls feature the logo of Fujiwara’s Fragment apparel brand.

In the days since the announcement of the  Milky The Conveni Fujiya Peko-chan sofubi toys, Medicom Toy has posted about two release methods. The first post stated that the new Peko-chan figure would be available on Friday (1.24) from Fujiya’s online shop, The Conveni and from Medicom retail shops in Japan. A few days later, the company announced  an online lottery for the right to purchase the toy from the Medicom Skytree Town store in-person on Saturday (1.25).  The retail price for all the sales channels is ¥15,000 ($136)/figure.

In addition to the Peko-chan soft vinyl art toys, Medicom Toy has also created matching Be@rbricks (100%/400% set), also for ¥15,000 ($136) per set.
