Featuring a color palette of vaguely anatomical hues, the 16″ Meltdown is a reminder of the fleeting nature of being—time and change are inevitable. The striking contrast between the two halves as well as the realistic rendition of the melting ice cream make Meltdown a showcase piece. And… Meltdown invites the collector to add the ‘finishing’ touch by inserting the ‘Coarse’ spoon (magnetic) into the melting ice cream.
Limited to 150 pieces, the Meltdown – Anatomy vinyl toy will be available on Thursday, January 23rd at 7:59 AM PST from both Coarse’s and Rotofugi’s online stores for $360 each. The figure is in stock will ship out in early February.
