Oakland-based Roy Miles has just released his $ir Slides resin art toy in a chrome edition. Drawn from Miles’ Hoodland cartoon project, the devious Slides leads the GhostMob against the heroic crew fronted by HoodFoot, a very purple urban sasquatch with a definite resemblance to his creator.
$ir Slides is cloaked in an oversized hoodie with a ghost-like profile. While the cap and shades add to the apparent incognito vibe, the stylish kicks just might draw some attention. $ir Slides is limited to a total of 45 pieces: 20 for Bay Area pickup, 20 online, and 5 APs. The new art toy is available from Roy Miles’ web shop for $200.
