Tara McPherson and Tomenosuke are readying a new edition of her well-received Stella and Flux sofubi. As you can see in this recently posted video, the new Ultraviolet edition features a vibrant design blending pink, blue and green for a look that’s bold and true to the artist’s work. The regal Stella has bragging rights to perhaps the coolest animal companion in Flux—mystical horned sea creatures ftw.
Releases of this figure are few and far between, perhaps due to the intricate paint applications involved. No release info as yet, but with this final sample approved by Tara McPherson, we’re hoping it will be soonish.
