Kidrobot will release the Hello Kitty by Quiccs figure on Friday (2.8), the latest addition to their capsule collection with Sanrio. Quiccs brings his streetwise BulletPunk style to the iconic character with the familiar hoodie design and subtle mecha-style rendering. The sculpted bow, eyes, nose, chains, and pacifier give the figure a presence as a character in the world — a vast improvement over a 3D object with flat 2D details.
The Hello Kitty by Quiccs vinyl art toy (8") will be released on Friday in a standard edition available at select retailers including myplasticheart for $50. Kidrobot will also release the standard edition and their Exclusive Pink+Black edition on Friday at 9 AM PST from Kidrobot.com.
