It looks like Kaijin is gearing up to release a new limited-edition hand-painted Steiny figure. While still under development, the new design features a pink + ‘black’ color scheme. The big news is the use of sweet color-shifting Maziora paint for the areas that at first glance appear black. In reality, the dark paint has a crazy rainbow effect that shifts depending on the amount and angle of light striking the piece (see the closeup after the jump) We’ll keep tracking this project.
