Podgy Panda and Cris Rose’s Collaborative resin figures (HERE) has just received a nice coat of paint for their upcoming limited edition release this Thursday, April 5th at 6PM London Time. Podgy’s Podgonaut Edition A is limited to 5 pieces and features an orange jumpsuit with laser engraved disc in the chest. The cool thing about this release is that each of the faces are unique from one another. One lucky buyer will also score a ‘chase’ matching Monkey Mechanic figure. They will be available HERE for $130. Aside from the limited release, Podgy will also be dropping some one of a kind Podgonauts that same day. Soon following the release will be a few awesome matching prints!
Cris Rose’s Ramsay figures will be limited to 5 pieces as well. They each feature a weathered orange suit with articulated head and removable dome. They will be priced at $160 each through his store HERE. Cris will also have available a limited run of 3 ‘Dark Chocolatier’ Ramsays at $190 each.

Designed to look like a Panda, this was at the specific request of a chain of theme restaurants who wanted all their robots to cook, serve and look like animals while doing it. Outfitted with a splash-guard to stop him getting prawns in the face and a big-ass jetpack, Ramsay was often in the air as each restaurant was a huge bio-dome, complete with trees, plants and running streams. The tables themselves were little open-top pods, hovering around the landscape, allowing diners take in the view while their robot chef cooked down below and jetted up with their orders.
