Here’s a look at the wax sculpt of Jester’s GibbyGop figure, one of many creatures in the artist’s GOPS series. Sculpted by Gabriel Marquez, the figure stands 4.5” tall with a pair of articulated arms. The cute, wide eyed reptilian-like beastie will make his first public appearance at NYCC where he’ll be on display at the myplasticheart booth (#879) in ‘The Cultyard’. Look for a small number of GibbyGop’s to be released in the near future, either as hand-painted one-off customs or small-run hand-painted editions.
In addition to unveiling GibbyGop, Jester will be offering a booklet spotlighting GibbyGop and BissyGop as well as a 6-color silkscreen print (9” x 17”) at NYCC, both from J6Global the artist’s merchandise brand.
