Many photographers have a soft spot for vintage Russian film cameras. Singaporean-based Red Army Camera combines FED 5B rangefinder cameras once produced in the Ukraine from 1934 – 1990 with Urban Art. They offer limited-edition camera bodies sporting graphics from Singaporean artists including eeshuan.
For their collaboration with Phu!, they’ve taken a slightly different approach. Phu! has created the ‘Soviet Rumble’ line of custom FED 5 B camera docks turning the photographic instruments into rumbling, tracked creations.
