I know a ton of you have been waiting for this news for sometime now. Well here it finally is! The list of Kidrobot’s Exclusive SDCC Drops! Let’s start off with exclusive mini figure releases.
Previously talked about is the Dead Kenny mini figure, which will not only be available at the Kidrobot booth (#4529) at SDCC, but through all Kidrobot stores, KR Online, and specialty retailers for $10.95. They will also have Mysterion! Kenny’s super hero alter ego with the powers of immortality. These are limited to 1000 pieces and will retail for $10.95. 10 lucky customers will find a rare signed edition autographed by both South Park creators, Matt Stone and Tre Parker.
Need your Street Fighter fix? Well the exclusive SDCC Edition Evil Ryu mini-figure will set your butts on fire! Although Evil Ryu was never in the original Street Fighter II, I’m sure I wasn’t the only one hoping for this colorway. These are limited to 2000 pieces and will be available at the Kidrobot booth and the Capcom booth (#4844) for $10.95.
Giggity giggity! Available on Thursday, July 21st at the Kidrobot booth is the GID Brian figure from the Family Guy mini series. They are limited to 400 pieces and will retail for $10.95. Also available that same day, but only at the FOX booth (#4313) is the sinister baby with an English accent, Stewie. Limited to 400 pieces, along with Rupert accessory, this GID release will retail $10.95.
Now onto the big toys! Available on Thursday, July 21st through the Kidrobot booth, Kidrobot Stores, KR Online, and specialty retailers is KidØlaf by The Beast Brothers. Carlos and Ernesto are scheduled to sign at the Kidrobot booth from 1-3PM on Thursday. Only 200 will be available, so be sure to get lined up early!
We hope you have some energy left for Friday, July 22nd, because Kidrobot has two more releases in store for you! One being Shawnimal’s Super Ninja Plush, which stands 7” tall and is limited to 50 pieces for $22.99 each. Shawn will also be at the booth from 4-6PM. So feel free to stop by, say hi, and get your Super Ninja signed!
Also available that day is the all new original figure by Jesse Hernandez, known as El Bandito Muerto. This black and grey figure stands 8” tall and is equipped with pistols, and removable sombrero and serape. Don’t let his huge sneakers fool you. He has the fastest hands in Mexico! El Bandito is limited to 250 pieces for $100.
You’d better have some money left over for Saturday, July 22nd. That’s when MAD’s SDCC Edition Zombie Robber 8” Dunny drops! This is one burglar you would not want to come home to. The mysterious SDCC colorway is limited to only 300 pieces for $75. Available the same day through all Kidrobot Stores, KR Online, and specialty retailers is the Grey version (1500 pieces) with hot pink tongue.
