Kansas City artist Scribe (Donald Ross) will make the trip to LA for the opening of his ‘Baggage and Freedom’ solo featuring his lovable cast of animal characters including Rumpus the rhino on Thursday, May 26th @ Gallery 1988 on Melrose. From the progress and promo shots we’ve seen so far, it looks like there’ll be several paintings including a fairly large piece as well as some 3D work including ‘Sweet Temptations’, seriously wild cupcakes.
