First shown at Frank Kozik’s ‘09 solo @ Billy Shire Fine Arts, ‘The Bird is the Word’ bronze sculpture will soon be available for pre-order from discriminating retailers. The bronze Mao measures 16 x 14 x 12, is limited to just 20 pieces, and has a suggested retail of $4000 – which quite honestly is a very reasonable price for a bronze edition of what is arguably Kozik’s most popular ‘dictator’ bust. What’s in a name? Check out the Rivingtons…
Ha, love it. However, the $4,000 price is a bit too steep for me. I think I may take the design to Forever Blocks, a business that handcrafts wooden games for kids
in Sydney. Barring any copy right infringements I am going to see if they can fashion me something like this for slightly cheaper.
dude, that’s the exact definition of copyright infringement.
Yea BIG TIME copyright infringement..
