Drawing a large line of collectors the likes of which is rarely seen these days, Luke Chueh and Munky King released the eagerly awaited Black in White (And Red All Over) figure on Saturday (10.2) with a signing at 4 PM followed by a party at 7 PM. Here’s a look at the signing which we covered as the first stop on a busy Saturday in LA filled with shows.
The featured attraction, Black in White (And Red All Over) was available for $175 (250 pcs) . The figure looks great – the bloody fur is convincing with a detailed splatter pattern that conveys the impact of the Luke’s original painting. Speaking of original paintings, Luke offered six brand-new paintings on paper – each for $1200. Munky King also offered two sweet Tees, a print, masks, and pin sets, covering all BWRAO desires.
Congratulations to the pairing of Luke Chueh and Munky King on yet another wildly successful release. Hit the jump for plenty o’pics.
Here is a link from AFTimes. Toygodd did a detailed review of both bunnies and a cool video of Luke sketching on the box!
