Hot on the heels of his excellent Pinnochio and Jiminy Cricket pair of figures, KAWS continues his interpretations of classic cartoon characters with his new Tweety figure. While I think Pinocchio will prove to be more popular with collectors, the design of the articulated arms and the ensuing hands-on-face pose is clever. Available in both classic yellow and a black + red edition, this one appears to be quite pricey at $194 or so. Just released this past Saturday at OriginalFake, the KAWS Tweety will apparently make its way stateside shortly. KAWSONE anyone ? [via Freshness]
