The annual Vivisect Playset art show curated by Luke Chueh comes to an end with number six (flier) opening on Black Friday – November 27th, 2009 (7 to 10 PM) @ Gallery 1988 LA. There’s some great art waiting in the wings for this one including sweet toy customs. Here’s a look at Brent Nolasco’s Adore — a mashup of the Vivisect Playset mini figs done with acrylic paint, aves sculpt and found objects. Too cool — cute with just a touch of eccentricity that makes all the difference.
