Triclops, the UK duo featuring the talents of Triclops Apeman and Robotboy, turned a flash of creature inspiration into Tripe — an excellent custom Stitch for Disney’s Stitch Experiment 626 Project Custom Art Tour.
Fans of Gremlins, will recognize Tripe as a homage to Stripe — the baddy from the first flick. Props to the Triclops guys for a great job of spotting the possibilities and similarities of the shapes and an even more impressive execution of the concept. Tripe comes to life thanks to the strong custom facial sculpting. The details are spot-on as well from the stripes to the the white mohawk. Dope work.
