Puma is collaborating with adFunture on five Beijing Jian (“See you in Beijing”) Yoka’s as a 2008 Summer Olympics tie-in. Based on traditional Chinese designs, the majority of the figures honor national sports organizations whose Olympic efforts are sponsored by Puma – The Jamaican Olympic Association, The Moroccan Athletics Federation and the Swedish Athletics Federation. Additionally, one of the Yoka designs honors Puma’s sponsorship of Scottland’s Paolo Nuini’s debut musical performance in Beijing on August 5th.
The Beijing Jian Yoka figures are the first 6.5cm (2.5 inch) Yokas released and are individually blister-packed. Very cool.
