Max Toy Co @ SDCC

TRIPASU

Max Toy Company will be dropping several exclusives and special editions at the STRANGEco booth.  Artist and Max Toy owner Mark Nagata will be in the booth on Friday, July 25th — it’s not a signing per se but we’re pretty sure he’ll be more than happy to sign one of your toy purchases.  Mark’s got alot of super limited Kaiju goodness in store for SD.  Let’s start.

First we’re going to pimp our favorite — the Max Toy x Cronic Tripasu shown above.  This is the first edition of the fig to drop.  Designed by Mark Nagata and sculpted by Naoki-san of Cronic this 100% Japanese vinyl beast was hand-painted by Mark himself. Less than 20 of these sweet figs will be at SDCC.  Don’t snooze on these — you’ll be very sorry.

Next up is a GID Booksa which will debut at SDCC.  Less than 40 pieces of the GID version of Martin Ontiveros’ updated homage will be available at the show.   Speaking of GID, Mark will drop two versions of his sweet Boy Karma fig — a GID and a black, both limited to 30 pieces.

Max toy will round things off with two hand-painted vinyls by Mark Nagata. First, there’s his hand-painted gold Eyezon.  There will be less than 20 of these at the show.   Finally, Mark’s also doing a super-limited drop (5 pieces) of his hand painted edition of the Pharaohs figure from Rumble Monsters.  After the jump pics of each figure.
