Most custom shows ask each artist to customize the same figure. There’s something to be said for showcasing different creative interpretations of a single shape. On the other hand, variety is great too. LiFT’s Multiple Personalities group show opening on Saturday, March 29th 2008 (7 PM) at their new location gives the artist the freedom to choose a vinyl canvas that matches their vision. Curated by D-Lux, the show should offer a nice change of pace. Here’s a quick preview of the show with pieces by Reactor 88 (GID Munny above), Doktor A, Brent Nolasco, and Das-mo.
