Amanda Visell opened her Hello Again solo show at Copro Nason in Santa Monica this past Saturday (4.7.07). "Hello Again"echoed several of Amanda’s mini-themes including wood sculptures and large collage paintings featuring multiple windows onto one particular subject/genre. Like many artists in the underground/lowbrow/pop surrealist/postbrow arena, Amanda’s work reflects pop culture across several genres including westerns and sci-fi.
