For this installment of Proto Monday, we have the exclusive first look at not one but two upcoming tokidoki vinyl figures.  Created by Simone Legno, these two cute grim reaper characters have previously appeared on tokidoki apparel and on the side of the Mozzarella box.  Simone aptly named this duo Ciao Ciao and Adios because as he puts it, when they appear it’s time to say goodbye.

Ciao Ciao  and Adios  will be released as vinyl figures from STRANGEco in May of ’07.  Both figures stand 5" tall and will be sold individually.  Adios’s cape is made of a thin flexible vinyl which allows it to be posed as shown in the two pictures.  Simone’s tokidoki brand is sizzling right now with no signs of slowing down.  Hot on the heels of the Catcus Friends, Mozarella, and the oh-so-cute Moofia, Adios and Ciao Ciao will certainly be eagerly anticipated by the legions of tokidoki fans.
