Thanks to Huck Gee for providing these great pictures (taken by Robert Arevalo) of the opening of Huck’s solo show at Boomerang this past Saturday night. The custom Skullheads are really nice. While I appreciate the high-fashion themed production pieces, I definitely prefer these customs which echo several key themes of Huck’s work including ancient japan and street racing. I’ll take Samurai, Commandos and Motorcycle racers over the GQ look any day of the week 🙂 The detail in all of the clothing is amazing, but the funniest bit has to be the Skullhead t-shirt worn by the Ducati riding Skullhead.
