At Vinyl Pulse we love designer toys. And… we love gorgeous hand-done custom toys even more. Doktor A does some of the best custom toy work out there. Here’s a look at some of his fairly recent pieces. Doktor A’s customs are fab — from the design to the execution. He also mixes it up quite a bit instead of getting fixated on one particular theme. The 2 Dunnys and 1 MAD*L are some of our favorite pieces yet. We never get tired of staring at these! Also, he’s got his own toy platform brewing as well, the Podling. Finally, we would like to point out the amazing custom work done in the UK by the likes of Doktor A, Razzle, Mimic, Okkle, and the great Jeremy Gibbs, the master of the Qee. What is in the water over there ?!?!
