For all of you waiting for the very cool NYC version of Baseman’s Dumb Luck toy, the wait is almost over! Kidrobot will have a small number (100 total split between website and the 3 stores) for sale through their website on April 21st at 11am EST. There will also be 100 reserved for a Baseman signing at Kidrobot LA on May 26th April 20th!. Sales are understandably restricted to one per person. Critterbox made 300 of this toy, with the other 100 going to other toy retailers.
If you’re at all interested in this toy, I’d make a point of purchasing one at the stroke of 11am on 4/21. Otherwise, you’ll have to contend with Ebay where prices will definitely be considerably higher.
I’d post a pic but there doesn’t really appear to be any really good ones available. If you’re a fan, you’ve probably seen it already!
