DesignerCon 2018 Tickets Go On Sale on 8.8.18

Designercon 2018 passes go on sale on Wednesday (8.8.18) at 1 PM PDT. It probably goes without saying, but  2018 is a big year for DCon.  This year, DCon is offering VIP passes ($60, friday-sunday), Weekend Passes ($35 sat-sun) and single day passes for $20 (sat or sun).

The VIP Pass is the only way to attend Friday’s preview night. It also includes several other perks including early admission on Saturday and Sunday, an exclusive Andy Warhol 100% [email protected], access to VIP only lounges, experiences as well the opportunity to purchase VIP-only items.

The Saturday Night Party will be one to remember with headliners Chevy Metal, the  Foo Fighters’ alter ego covers-only band—a perfect way to celebrate this year’s Rock ‘n Roll theme. For 2018, the party is all grown-up and is now a separate ticketed event (not included with any DCon Pass).  Tickets for the party are $35 and will also be available on Wednesday (8.8).

If you love art toys (duh!), you’ll definitely want to join in on the fun this November 16th-18th.  This year’s DesignerCon is chock full of new and exciting: the move to Anaheim, expanding from two days to 3 days (VIP Preview Night), the supersized exhibition hall (300,000 sqft vs ~100,000 in Pasadena) as well some big additions including Medicom Toy, Mondo, Saturday Mornings with FunkOs and a few surprises to be unveiled shortly.   Not to be missed.

Nathan Cleary x Pobber – Spongrenade Mono

Pobber is wrapping up production on the 4” OG Spongrenade vinyl from Nathan Cleary which were offered via pre-order in February and quickly sold out.  But…  They also teased something new… Mono.  Yep, the OG will soon have a Mono brother-in-arms—also in the fun 4” vinyl format.  Here’s hoping the Mono was part of the OG production run and will be a normal drop rather than a preorder.
