Ferg is set to invade SDCC courtesy of the Squibbles Ink + Rotofugi … And Friends booth [#5248]. He’s out done himself this year with one of the most memorable and clever SQUADT exclusives so far. GERM S005 [Roach] channels the insidious, impossible-to-eliminate littler buggers. The design features a removable helmet with light-up LED bug lenses, a rad zip-hood parka for a street-wise faux wing look, roach tee, sM203 grenade launcher, and 2.1 and classic arms.
The Roach is limited to 150 total pieces, 100 to be released at Comic-Con and 50 reserved for Collect and Destroy members. Rotofugi will be selling 20 figures per day at the booth for $150 (tax incl.) following this schedule:
Wednesday (7.8) – Preview Night: First come, first served. Only folks with regular passes will be allowed to purchase. People holding exhibitors, press, or other non-standard badges which allow early access will not be able to purchase on Preview Night.
Thursday-Saturday (7.9-7.11): Purchase tickets will be passed out at 11 AM. Purchases must be completed by 6 PM.
Sunday (7.12): Purchase tickets passed out at 11 AM, purchases must be completed by 3 PM.
This just might be one of our favorite SDCC drops to be announced…so far.
