For this weekend’s The Little Green Men Show at SubUrban Vinyl, a custom show of Leecifer’s PickleBaby figure, Mikie Graham has gone the extra mile, as he often does. Instead of customizing the original toy, he created a new figure, Pickle Featus, which explores the ummm gestation of the funky being. He sculpted the new piece and then set out to breed it rotocast style to produce a small DIY Pickle Fetus edition.
Did he stop there? Nope. He also painted and “pickled” two Fetus figures in mason jars with clear green resin for creepy effect and finished off the ?tasty? product with Pickle Baby Brand labels. In addition to the two hand-painted Pickle Fetus pieces ($200 each), eight of the DIY Pickle Fetus figures will be available at the opening ($30).
