myplasticheart will open Thrashin’, a group show celebrating the influence of 80’s era skateboard graphics, on Saturday (4.11) at their NYC location. For their annual curatorial turn at mph, the Studio Miners invited artists to create original works inspired by legendary skate artists including VCJ, Jim Phillips, Pushhead and more. The gnarly Thrashin’ lineup includes Brian Butler, Ekiem Evoker, Flying Fortress, Andy Foltz, Michael Hsiung, Sean Kernick, Abe Lincoln Jr., Phil Lumbang, MCA, MSG, Podgy Panda, Clams Rockefeller, Chris RWK, Tall Boy, Smut Villain and Britton Walters.
