Recently, Uamou has been releasing one-of-a-kind figures with stylish copper masks. Turns out the masks are the work of copper artisan Minoru Takagi who’s ‘Guide to Galaxy’ show recently concluded at the Uamou gallery. Minoru created 70 masked Uamou figures, each with a one of a kind copper mask, cute Seraph Uamous with copper butterfly wings, and stand-alone Uamou copper masks. While many of the pieces sold during the show’s run, several of the masked uamous (5000 yen, ~$50), Seraph Uamous (2000 yen, ~$20), and the copper masks (4000 yen, ~$40) are still available via email inquiry.
