Rotobox x Kuso Vinyl - Minicel: Darko The Kid Dragon Wondercon Exclusive
Kuso Vinyl isn’t through just yet! Here is their final release for this years Wondercon! Darko The Kid Dragon, who is the newest Minicel design to come from Rotobox. This release is limited to only 40 pieces and there will be a limited number of these released during each day of Wondercon. You will find them at the Kuso booth #1247 for $20 a piece.
Sket-One – “Our Father” (04.18)
Well hot damn! Check out this amazing resin sculpture by Sket-One, titled “Our Father”. This piece features the Darth Vader standing upon the Deathstar in the pose similar to the “Christ The Redeemer” statue in Rio de Janeiro. “Our Father” is massive and stands 16”w x 25”h x 8”d and weighs 10lbs. They will go for sale HERE on Friday, April 18th for $999 + S&H via UPS Ground in the US. These will be limited to only 25 pieces and is the start of a new direction Sket plans to pursue. Don’t you worry though, he will still be working on custom figures.
1xRun will also be selling prints and limited edition prayer candles to go with this piece on the same day.
BeeFy & Co. -– WonderCon 20014 Exclusives
BeeFy and Co returns to Anaheim for this year’s WonderCon (4.18 – 4.20) with two tempting exclusives. First up is the Jade Bad Bad Buddha ‘Spirit’ edition in Resin. This purple jade edition is a follow-up to the original blue ‘Water’ edition. Limited to just 24 pieces, this special 7” figure comes in a matte black gift box with a fancy gold cloth wrapped foam insert and will be available for the auspicious price of $188.
If you love plush, BeeFy will debut Elipoo, the 6th figure in their Adventures of Ryupoo line. This clumsily adorable elephant stands 9” tall, is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for $25. Both the plush and the Bad Bad Buddha will be available from Beefy & Co’s booth [#1043]. Drop by and check out the new toys.
Ferg x Brandt Peters – Trouble Boys [NKD] Retail Edition
Got Axe? Playge’s new Trouble Boys [NKD] Retail Edition from Ferg and Brandt Peters sure does, and it’s a swanky crystal clear one. Living to his NKD moniker, this one has a set of underwear and not much else. Proof that NKD could be dropped in to Jack’s role in the Shining can be found underneath his Trouble Boys skeleton helmet -– 7 crazed eyes of varying sizes.
Super7 at Wondercon
Super7 will be making their way from San Francisco to Anaheim for this years Wondercon. They won’t be visiting empty handed of course. Available will be a number of exclusives, including the Toxic Garbage Dump Fossilla for $95, which is made from 4 colors of melted garbage vinyl. Also the Pocket Rose Vampire and Pocket Baseball Boy for $35. Check them out at booth #1453 this weekend!
Gravy Toys – Lonny Kickstarter Update + New Baller Stretch Goals
First off, congrats to Bwana Spoons and Gravy Toys for meeting their goal to produce Lonny! Not only did they meet their goal, they’ve exceeded it! Meeting their stretch goal of $9K means that there will be need heads and arm attachments made for Jeff, made by none other than T9G and Paul Kaiju. Those in the Lonny premmie glow will now get 1 additional piece and those in the Lonny DX will receive a complete set of GID accessories. ALSO… since it has reached 10K, there will be fancy shmancy boxes made for all Gravy Toy releases.
Why don’t we take things a few steps further! With only 7 days left of the Kickstarter Campaign, Gravy Toys has added a few more stretch goals! $15K, everybody will get a blind package metallic gold attachment with any reward Lonny Glow level and up. If they make it to $17.5K, there will be an add-on to have Lonny’s brother Drizzz made. If they make it to $22K, there will be a series 2 run of artist attachments, which will feature Skinner and another artist TBA.

This release featured the pastel colorways (pink, yellow, purple, blue) of Peter’s newest resin figure, the Bedtime Bunnies. Each is paired with a pair of complimentary colored slippers and were available in a blind bagg. There is also a special one-of-a-kind gold textured Bunny hidden within the batch. Squid Kids Ink at Wondercon
Squid Kids Ink will be posted up at this years Wondercon! Their booth #1145 will have a bevy of releases for you to go home with! They will be debuting the long awaited Squib Kid and Squib! The first run of 5” Squib Kid are limited to 10 pieces for $75. The 3” Squib is also limited to 10 pieces and will run $40 each. You can also take them both home for $100.
To also bring in the new Squib figure, check out the “Squibs – They Came From Underspace” 7” 10-Doh! figure. There are only 50 of these to go around at $35 a piece. This is a must to go with your newly acquired Squib figures.
Last but not least are the So Analog keychains, which are available in both gloss or in a matte finish! You have 6 different keychains to choose from to add to your key ring, the 10-Doh!, B-Side, A-Drive, Atar-1, Atar-2, and Atar-3. They will retail $10 each or get the set of 6 for $50.
