myplasticheart x Lou Pimentel – Wing Fang Clan Subscriptions
With one season completed, myplasticheart is now accepting new members for its Wing Fang Clan, a subscription service for collectors of the Junior sofubi from Lou Pimentel. For $150, members will receive three unpainted colorways (including the red one shown above), the opportunity to purchase additional unpainted editions during the membership period, a Wing Fang Clan exclusive s/n print, first dibs on all painted Junior colorways not including 3rd party exclusives during the membership period, and access to top-secret Junior info. The only way to purchase unpainted editions of Junior, the Wing Fang Clan is accepting new members until 2.20 – so if you can’t get enough of Lou’s lil’ devilish sofubi don’t wait too long. Check out all the details on the official Wing Fang Clan page and join by dropping an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rather than lasting for a particular time period, the Wing Fang Club membership runs until mph has released six unpainted editions (counting the three included with the membership). This release-based approach is the collector-friendly approach to subscriptions as it makes clear the number of toys covered by the subscription without the unwanted surprises of a more traditional time-based subscription in which the number of toys covered may decrease due to unexpected production delays.
