Enterbay’s Michael Jordan #23 Road 1:6 Figure w/exclusive AJ11 Hangtag from BAIT

Ever since Enterbay announced their Michael Jordan 1:6 Real Masterpiece Collection figures, collectors have been waiting for the #23 Road Jersey (red) edition.  While the #45 editions are cool, MJ will forever be known as #23 and as such if you’re only going to get one, this is it.  This deluxe figure (like the others in the series) comes with a crazy number of accessories including 3 pairs of Jordan kicks, 5 pairs of interchangeable hands, a spalding basketball and more.

With the news that Enterbay is about to take pre-orders at their HK flagship store for collectors with store membership, stateside collectors are looking for a retail source to avoid seriously inflated eBay pricing.  One great option is to pre-order the figure from lifestyle brand BAIT who is offering the figure with their exclusive laser-engraved Air Jodan 11 wood hang tag  for what appears to be the SRP of  $259 (+ s/h).   According to BAIT, the figures should ship out on 6.15.

COARSE Toys – LOCKS Pre-Order (05.02)

COARSE Toys has just unveiled their latest art figure, LOCKS, who’s first emergence was in the “Souls Gone Mad” solo exhibit at Rotofugi. LOCKS stands 11” tall and will be available in two colorways, milky bliss and blush, limited to 250 pieces each. They will be available for Pre-Order on their website beginning Thursday, May 2nd at 8:59AM PST. They will retail roughly $175 each and includes global shipping.

With each emergence of the sun, the fruits grew bigger and fatter, the Locks inside them sprouting sleek heads and monstrous hands so big and heavy that their shells weakened before the creatures’ feet could grow. All at once, they came plummeting down from the trees, some so heavy they tore down entire branches. Angry at the captivity to which creation had confined them, each one sought a way out of the forest, using one hand to propel him far into the air and the other to break his fall and launch him forth again.

Along the way, they soared beneath a paw! tree as it sprinkled down fresh tiny monkey rabbits. For a moment, each creature stopped, their kernel brains trying to assess whether or not the foreigner was an enemy. The earth rumbled as the horde of newborns went out into the meadows together, freedom awaiting them in the boundlessness of their new world.
