Gumliens – Gouro for One-Up’s Pandemonium March
Every once in awhile Japanese toy artists Gumliens grace our inbox with one of their latest toy creations. This time around it’s the enigmatic Gouro – a beast that appears to be part rock, part bird, and part snail, painted perhaps with color-shifting paint. Gouro is part of One-Up’s March installment of their recurring Pandemonium group exhibition series which also features work from Blobpus, Pico Pico, Sunguts, Monster Factory, P.P. Pudding, Shin Tanaka, Rampage Toys and more.

Gouro was made of stone powder clay.
Acrylic and Pastel overglaze.
Top and Bottom Approximately 250mm.
