Infinite Rabbits’ Latest Customs
Infinite Rabbits has been keeping quite busy recently churning out several excellent customs. Here’s a look at three pieces done as commissions/gifts. Up above is his surreal Treehed based on a So What mini-fig (remember those?) – featuring custom sculpting and a nice paint style apparently utilizing a mix of brush techniques. That same painting style can be seen on his CHKBOT, a custom Chuck Boy 3” Dunny and his wild in-progress ‘Bruiser’ Tequila custom (after the jump). Really nice work. Scott Kinnebrew – Our Lady of Immaculate Rebellion (2.24)
As part of their ongoing Super Series Sunday weekly releases, Tenacious Toys will release Scott Kinnebrew’s (Forces of Dorkness) ‘Our Lady of Immaculate Rebellion’ – a holy x pop culture crossover that the artist refers to more simply as ‘Leia’. The wall-mountable idols (5” x 3”) feature Leia standing on an organically rendered Rebel Alliance logo.
Rather than going with one colorway, Scott has made each piece unique (15 pcs) with its own color combination. Our Lady of Immaculate Rebellion will be released on Sunday (2.24) @ 3 PM EST from Tenacious Toys for $30/blind bag.
Huck Gee – The Eagle Hunter
Just the email a lot of us were looking forward to. Huck Gee has just announced the release of his newest custom, the Eagle Hunter. Something we knew was going to happen after seeing the print release. Also the WIP photos on Instagram were a dead giveaway. The Eagle Hunter comes equipped with bow, quiver, arrows, leather boots, flag pole, fur hat, and faithful eagle companion. They are limited to only 10 pieces and come signed and numbered in laser etched wooden box. Send your inquiries to sales[at]huckgee[dot]com. These will retail $900 each.
There is also a special Tomahawk edition poster print available. You can find the unsigned print HERE for $40 or the band signed print HERE for $55.
2 New Buff Monster Releases! (02.22)
Buff Monster has a couple releases in store for you all tomorrow (02.22), the first of which is a brand new poster print, “How to Be One of The Melty Misfits”. This 18x24” piece pays homage to the old “How to be a Garbage Pail Kid Poster”. They will be up for grabs for $20 beginning at 10AM EST. Those ordered in the first 24 hours will come signed!
Second up for grabs will be the newest Healeymade collaborative resin figures, Sue. This third release features a clear purple resin with purple glitter, with handpainted details. There will only be 10 available at 10AM EST for $40 each through Buffmonster.com
