Dynomight’s d20 Z0MZ Available Now
Following on the heels of the debut Z0MZ drop in January, Dynomight has just released the new d20 Z0MZ. While similar in design to January’s Citrus Brute, the red d20 has six eyes darting in all directions. As with all the Z0MZ, d20 is a 4” non-articulated resin ‘bot and is limited to 35 pieces. Both d20 and Citrus Brute are available now for $35 [+ s/h] each and are limited to one per customer. So far eight Z0MZ have been announced (photo after the jump) with drops on the 16th of each month.
KusoPop x Swaggwood – Ponshogun Pendant Necklace (2.19)
KusoPop continues their expansion into lifestyle accessories with their new Ponshogun Wooden Pendant Necklace, a collaboration with LA lifestyle brand Swaggwood. An urban take on the warriors of feudal Japan, the piece features a 4” wood pendant with what appears to be a laser-cut design. The attached black beaded necklace completes the Asian vibe. Limited to 30 pieces, the Ponshogun Pendant Necklace will be released on Tuesday (2.19) from the KusoPop web shop for $25.
Frank Mysterio’s Ramakien Paw
Ran across this fierce Ramakien Paw by Frank Mysterio during my news run and immediately thought ‘must post’. Based on a Thai version of Hindu mythology, the impressive piece brings a new dimension to the toy while flowing nicely with the sculpt. I’ve always enjoyed pieces with all-over patterns and this one gets extra points for the subtle use of accent colors on the predominantly mono design.
Kathie Olivas x Brandt Peters – Wandering Misfits Minis
Brandt Peters got the weekend off to a great start with a quick sketch-y preview of his Greeter, one of several designs for the upcoming collaborative Wandering Misfits mini series with Kathie Olivas. The sreies will feature sculpting by Shinbone Creative and will be produced by Cardboard Spaceship. No release info yet. Excited yet?
