For NYCC, Pushead switched things up with a mysterious ‘back room’ sale behind the Toy Tokyo booth, out of sight of prying eyes. Thankfully, Pus graciously allowed VP behind the curtain. Collectors lined up around the booth and eventually made their way down a narrow ‘alley’ into the inner sanctum filled with treasures including the ‘Rebel Captain’ hybrid marrying a Skull Captain head with an Usugrow Rebel body complete with a Patchwerk silver tampo hit in the back. Other items included unpainted Crocs, another hybrid merging the Skull Wing (head) and Skull Pirate (body), as well as prints.
