Leaks and other advanced bits of info are part of what make toy blogging fun. However, I think it’s important to be clear about what we know and what we don’t know in these cases. The latest ‘leak’ is Tara McPherson’s Lilitu design (apparently based on an original painting) for Kidrobot Black. Here’s what we know, the image + design were taken from Tara’s presentation @ the recent OFFF 2010 design conference in Paris. What we don’t know is if this indeed will be released as a Kidrobot Black figure (though given the text on the slide, it seems like a good bet). That said, what do you think of this design ? Looks pretty promising to me, curious how the lake/body of water would look as a thin flat surface.
